Creator guidelines
Create responsibly and keep your community safe.
Use content you can share
Only upload or broadcast characters, models, artwork, music and voices that you are entitled to use. Making a model yourself does not automatically grant rights to an existing character.
Protect your community
Do not use streams for harassment, impersonation, exploitation, scams or disclosure of private information. Moderate viewer requests and respect other people’s rights.
Respect platform rules
Follow TikTok and YouTube rules, age restrictions and livestream eligibility requirements. ToonScene does not grant platform access or permission to reuse third-party content.
Describe results honestly
Do not promise income or viewers. When sharing results, state the period, streaming time and whether rewards are gross, net, pending or available.
Report a problem
Report abuse or content concerns privately to support@toonscene.com. Include a public link and a short description; never send passwords or verification codes.
